It is long past time to dismantle the zombie Comstock Act before it can be used by a future Trump administration to effectively ban abortion nationwide—even in states that contain protections in their state constitutions. Their failure to recuse, or be forced to recuse by Chief Justice Roberts, suggests SCOTUS cannot fairly decide these cases and demands immediate action from Congress.

In just 3 years, he rescued the economy, revived our infrastructure and manufacturing sector, created millions of good-paying jobs, slashed childhood poverty, and lowered the costs of families’ everyday expenses. Giving him a second term and a Democratic Congress will improve our lives even more. Americans deserve no less.

When progressives fracture, the right always wins. The November election will be the most consequential election of our lifetime. We cannot allow legitimate differences about policy to open up the door to a second Trump presidency.
