The common thread underlying both the rise of authoritarianism and voter suppression is the racism that's so embedded in our structure and policies that those of us with privilege often fail to see it. Because Trump’s Postmaster General destroyed the ability of the USPS to promptly deliver mailed ballots, tens of thousands might not have been counted. We must demand that Congressional committees immediately investigate and hold Louis DeJoy responsible.
