Background

We organized, turned out in record numbers, and elected Democrats to the White House and Congress – their actions show they #CareForUs.

President Biden and Vice President Harris have overseen a pandemic response plan that has increased vaccine production and distribution. We rejoined the Paris Climate Agreement, rejoined the World Health Organization.

The House passed the For the People Act – to protect our vote and address campaign finance and ethics in government - the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, and sent the COVID relief bill to the Senate.

The Senate passed a COVID relief bill that cuts child poverty, provides money for vaccines and schools, and dramatically lowers ACA premiums.

Now we need:

To call our MOCs to help them keep going.

The House to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. This, combined with the For the People act, will make sure America is free to vote.

The Senate to reform the filibuster, pass the For the People Act, and confirm President Biden’s Cabinet – including Judge Garland to be Attorney General.

Since the inauguration, so much to help us has been done. Keep calling to help President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Congress keep acting to #CareForUs.
