FRIDAY RECAP: october 14, 2022

Voting choices are clear. Democrats see this time as a moment to rebuild America from COViD, make it better, and help lift everyone to a better life. Republicans, and not just the MAGA Republicans, want to push women down, push minorities down, vilify government as incompetent, edging toward evil. Vote. Please. Canvass, if you can. Write letters and postcards to support the candidates you want to manage our government. And drown out the violent, government-hating white, male mob with our overwhelming numbers.

The vast majority of Americans favor a pathway to citizenship for undocumented immigrants and believe immigrants make our country stronger, but GOP-controlled states have been trying to kill DACA since its promulgation in 2012. Tuesday’s DA.

October 12: REMEMBER WHO REPUBLICANS REALLY ARE

Republicans still worship the tyrannical tycoon who sold himself as America’s great White hope. Called by their leader, the Jan. 6 insurrectionists, who ransacked the Capitol, were physically attacking American democracy. Check out Wednesday’s DA.

October 13: End Price Gouging

Corporate greed is hammering working American families who struggle to make ends meet and rebuild their lives after the COVID economic downturn. Its effects can be seen in steep rises of prices at the pump and spikes in mortgage rates.Check out Thursday’s DA.
