[CANCELLED-AUGUST BREAK] Indivisible Tuesday at Senator Merkley's

Indivisible Oregon will not be holding Indivisible Tuesday on August 17th.
We’ll back to our regular schedule (the first and third Tuesday of the month) starting on September 7th.

In the meantime, there are other ways for us to engage in activism:

Call your Members of Congress!

Use our Daily Actions with background and script examples, and call your Senators and Representative to tell them what’s important to you.  You can find the Daily Actions here:  https://www.indivisibleor.org/daily-actions

Write letters!

You can sign up to write letters to Virginia voters and encourage them to request their mail-in ballots in advance of the November election for governor, the House of Delegates, and many other races. It is so important that the Democrats win these offices again. They have made great strides in state governance, and need to keep going.  Letter packets include 20 letters and envelopes, and if you return your letters to us then we will stamp them!

Fill this form to sign up:  https://forms.gle/xDu6Qe8WdWjxSVVAA

Write postcards!

If you have written postcards with Center For Common Ground (CFCG)/Reclaim Our Vote (ROV) in the past, you can pick up postcards by filling out this form:  https://forms.gle/xDu6Qe8WdWjxSVVAA

and obtain addresses through CFCG's self-serve system: https://www.centerforcommonground.org/postcarding

Join others!

If you would like to write postcards or letters with some company, you can join the Fridays at Four Zoom event.  You’ll find other writers there, and you can get instructions on what to write.  Register here: https://www.mobilize.us/swingleft/event/274619/

Rest up!

In early September we’ll start hosting phone banks to support Debra Gardner, a Virginia legislative candidate who is trying to flip a seat from red to blue. Please rest up and get ready to join us for phone banks in September!

If you have any questions, please email us at indivisibleoregon@gmail.com
