PROSECUTE PUTIN AND HIS HENCHMEN FOR WAR CRIMES
Overwhelming evidence exists of their barbarism and terrorism.
QUICK READ: Putin, his officers, and many Russians soldiers have engaged in multiple illegal acts against Ukrainian civilians and armed forces—from rape to mass bombings of unarmed civilians and the forced deportation of thousands, all violating international law. The culprits must be brought before the International Criminal Court (ICC) established in 2002 to prosecute such war crimes, crimes against humanity.

BACKGROUND
War crimes are illegal actions taken during armed conflicts that violate international agreements to prevent barbaric acts and protect the lives of civilians and captured combatants.
Survivors, witnesses using cellphones, videos from drones, and independent journalists have documented overwhelming evidence of torture and other acts of violence against Ukrainians.
· Bombing of hospitals, theaters, homes, and railroad stations, killing thousands of unarmed civilians,
· Multiple rapes
· Murders of hundreds of blindfolded men
· Forcible relocation of thousands of Ukrainians to camps in Russia
· Use of illegal weapons, like cluster bombs, to maximize casualties.
Putin has also threatened to employ chemical and nuclear weapons. In an act of blatant defiance, he recently decorated those soldiers who’d committed horrendous war crimes in Bucha.
All those who ordered, condoned, engaged in, or failed to prevent these horrendous acts, including Putin, his officers, and Russians soldiers, must be brought before the International Criminal Court (ICC) established in 2002 to prosecute war crimes and crimes against humanity—as were the Serbian leaders who were prosecuted and convicted a decade ago.
Unless such acts of terror are documented, investigated, and punished, international law becomes meaningless.
