ELECTION SEASON ENDS AFTER EVERY VOTE IS COUNTED

Background

We all look forward to putting Election Season behind us. While voting will end on November 3rd, Election Season will end only after every vote has been counted.

We deserve government leaders who protect us from pandemics and other threats, both foreign and domestic. We deserve leaders who protect, rather than restrict, our rights. A majority of us wants the next president to fill the SCOTUS vacancy. Our vote is our voice, and we will be heard this election season.

Trump and his GOP have failed us. They are weak and scared. They know we reject their greed and hate mongering. They are desperately packing our courts with ideologues, hoping their judges will override our will. They are afraid of us and of our vote.

We can and will stop them. We pledge to work from now until election season ends to overwhelm their efforts to stop our votes from being cast and counted. We insist our MoCs also pledge to COUNT EVERY VOTE and demand their colleagues and the press join them. We pledge to join together to resist Trump and his GOP enablers' flagrant attempts to undermine our will and our democracy. We will be heard.
