Background
We deserve elected officials who care about democracy. Trump and his GOP commit treason and sedition to hold on to minority rule.
This is not a “stunt”. Trump and his GOP believe only votes that help them win count. They strive to overturn the election of President-Elect Biden - silencing our votes, suffocating our democracy.
Democracy does not matter to these traitors. The Constitution does not matter to these traitors. The Rule of Law does not matter to these traitors.
Only power matters.
They could not keep power through racist voter suppression, gerrymandering, or purging voter rolls. So, they are determined to make treason, sedition, and illegal election activity our new norms. Next time, treason is where fighting election results starts. To stay in power, they must take away our voices, take away our votes, any way they can.
There must be consequences for this treason now.
Congress must investigate and censure Members who treasonously object to President-Elect Biden.
Congress must again impeach Trump for illegal election interference.
President-Elect Biden must really see these treasonous Members and understand he cannot sacrifice helping us for bipartisan support that will never come.
