Background
We deserve a Supreme Court that upholds the rule of law, not the corrupt rule of Trump. We deserve a Supreme Court that protects our civil rights, our environment, our vote, our health and reproductive rights, and our BIPOC, LGBT, and immigrant communities.
Trump wants the Supreme Court to repeat their 2000 election decision so he can avoid accountability for his countless crimes against us. His GOP wants SCOTUS to overturn the ACA -- to take health care from millions, throw our fragile health care system into financial chaos, and remove protections for pre-existing conditions that include testing positive for COVID-19. They want to prevent us from obtaining safe abortions; promote racist and classist policies; brutalize BIPOC, LGBT, immigrant, Muslim, and Jewish communities; and advantage wealth and big business over our planet, our health, our lives, our finances, and our Constitutional rights.
We must insist our MoCs fight for the rule of law, call out Trump's criminality and weakness, and do all they can to prevent confirmation of his SCOTUS nominee before the inauguration. We must join together, call our MoCs daily, make a plan to vote, and work to get out the vote.

call out the GOP’s refusal to vote on the pandemic relief that Americans need and then demand there be no continuing resolution until the HEROES Act is passed.
